Welcome to the SME Capital Markets Webinars Page

Producing webinars is an SME Capital Markets initiative that centers on helping third party service and solution providers share their knowledge with an online audience of decision makers.

A Webinar, or "Web seminar," is an online event designed to facilitate communication between a small number of presenters and a large remote audience using the Internet. ~ Citrix Online

SME Capital Market Webinars are designed to inform decision makers in defined capital market segments. Small public company decision makers are one example.

There are more than 14,000 small public company decision makers in the U.S. small public issuer capital market. This group includes more than 9,500 SB-2 and 10KSB Officers and Directors, 2,400 attorneys, 450 auditors and 1,500 market participants or specialty service and solution providers.

Past projects to develop information pieces about the small public company capital market segment and survey its decision makers have made it possible to communicate with a fair number of these decision makers.

Survey feedback and other communications with small public company decision makers reveals that that many people want strategic overview information that addresses small public company issues.
